Ingredients:
2 pounds frozen pierogies
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preparing the Pierogies:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the frozen pierogies according to the package instructions until they are just tender. Drain and set aside.
