Caramel Apple Bomb Cake

Preparation method:

 

 

In a saucepan, combine the apples, brown sugar, butter, and water. Cook over medium heat until the apples are tender and the liquid thickens. Set aside. In a separate saucepan, add the flour and salt. Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to separate from the bottom of the pan.

Transfer the flour mixture to a large bowl and let it cool slightly. Then add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract to the batter and mix well.

Pour the batter into a greased pan and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and risen. Let it cool completely, then cut it in half horizontally.

Spread the cream over the bottom half of the cake and cover it with the apple mixture. Replace the top half of the cake and drizzle with caramel. Serve and enjoy.
