Cabbage and Ground Beef Recipe

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Chop cabbage, dice onion, and mince garlic.
  2. Brown Ground Beef: Cook ground beef in olive oil until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Sauté Onion and Garlic: In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add Cabbage: Combine cabbage with ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Season: Add paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Add Tomatoes and Simmer: If using, add diced tomatoes and beef broth. Simmer covered for 10-15 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
  7. Serve: Garnish with parsley or green onions, if desired.
