Buttery Cinnamon Rolls

In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add melted butter, egg, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add flour and knead until a soft, elastic dough forms (about 8–10 minutes).
Cover and let rise for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
2. Prepare the Filling:
Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon into a smooth paste.
3. Shape the Rolls:
Roll the dough into a rectangle (about ¼ inch thick).
Spread the cinnamon filling evenly.
Roll tightly from one end into a log and cut into 10–12 rolls.
4. Second Rise:
Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish.
Cover and let rise for 30–40 minutes until puffy.
5. Bake:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
6. Glaze:
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
