4 bone-in pork chops (1″ thick)

½ tsp salt & pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika
✅ The Glaze

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tbsp honey
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh thyme or parsley
👩🍳 STEP-BY-STEP
1. Sear the Chops

Pat chops dry, season with spices.

Heat skillet over medium-high, cook chops 3-4 mins per side until golden. Remove.
2. Make the Glaze

In same pan, reduce heat to medium.

Whisk all glaze ingredients, simmer 2 mins until thickened.
3. Glaze & Serve

Return chops to pan, spoon glaze over. Cook 1-2 mins to caramelize.

Garnish with herbs.
