BROWN SUGAR GLAZED PORK CHOPS

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (1″ thick)

  • ½ tsp salt & pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

✅ The Glaze

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

✅ Garnish

  • Fresh thyme or parsley


👩🍳 STEP-BY-STEP

1. Sear the Chops

  1. Pat chops dry, season with spices.

  2. Heat skillet over medium-high, cook chops 3-4 mins per side until golden. Remove.

2. Make the Glaze

  1. In same pan, reduce heat to medium.

  2. Whisk all glaze ingredients, simmer 2 mins until thickened.

3. Glaze & Serve

  1. Return chops to pan, spoon glaze over. Cook 1-2 mins to caramelize.

  2. Garnish with herbs.
