Warm Up the Oven:
Prepare the oven for 350°F (175°C).

Spread butter or cooking spray into a loaf pan that measures 9×5 inches.

Mash the ripe bananas until they are completely smooth in a bowl using a fork. Remove off the table.

Gradually add the eggs while vigorously beating after each addition.

Add the vanilla essence and mashed bananas and mix until blended.

Flour, baking soda, and salt should be mixed in a separate basin.

Add the raisins and roasted walnuts and mix well.
To make the Ezoic Bread, grease a loaf pan and pour in the batter, being sure to smooth the top.
To ensure a clean toothpick comes out when put in the middle, bake for 60 to 70 minutes in a preheated oven.
