INGREDIENTS:
8 medium yellow potatoes
3Â tbsp olive oil
salt and black pepper to taste
paprika or your favorite seasoning (optional)
15–20 strips of bacon
METHOD:
Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges
Place the potato pieces in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and optional spices like paprika or garlic powder. Toss well to coat evenly.
Take a strip of bacon and wrap it tightly around each potato wedge.
Place the wrapped potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Make sure they’re spaced out evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 30–35 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
