In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the cooked beef and half of the bacon.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining bacon.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with chopped pickles before serving.
