- Soothe the cabbage leaves by soaking them in warm water for 5 minutes OR chilling them in the fridge for a cooling effect.
- Put the leaves directly over the varicose veins.
- Use a bandage or wrap to keep them in place.
- Leave on for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Get rid of and soak your legs with cool water.
