- Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook until no longer pink, then set aside. - Prep the Tortillas
Stack tortillas on a microwave-safe plate.
Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20–25 seconds to soften. - Assemble the Wraps
Lay each tortilla flat.
Spread with mayo and ketchup.
Add 4 pickle slices, 1 slice of cheese, and about ½ cup of cooked beef.
Fold like a burrito, tucking in the sides.
Brush tops with melted butter. - Air Fry to Perfection
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Place wraps in basket and cook for 5 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Brush with extra butter if desired. - Serve & Enjoy
Let cool slightly. Cut in half if you like—and dig in!
