Salmon & Lemon Pasta Recipe

⏱️ Preparation time: 20 minutes
👥 Serves 4

🍅 Ingredients
👉 400g pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or tagliatelle)
👉 400g fresh salmon (skinless and boneless)
👉 20cl single cream (or light cream)
👉 Juice of half a lemon
👉 1/2 onion or 1 shallot (finely chopped)
👉 1 tablespoon olive oil
👉 1 pinch of salt
👉 1 pinch of pepper
👉 A few sprigs of fresh parsley (optional)

📝 Preparation
1️⃣ Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package.
2️⃣ Meanwhile, cut the salmon into large cubes (about 2 to 3 cm).
