Serves 4
Ingredients
400g pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or tagliatelle)
400g fresh salmon (skinless and boneless)
20cl single cream (or light cream)
Juice of half a lemon
1/2 onion or 1 shallot (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
A few sprigs of fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package.
Meanwhile, cut the salmon into large cubes (about 2 to 3 cm).
