Looking for a creative way to use up those Thanksgiving leftovers? These Turkey and Stuffing Balls are the perfect solution. Crispy on the outside, moist and flavorful on the inside — they’re super simple to make and totally satisfying.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 2 cups finely chopped leftover turkey
- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 1 egg, beaten (helps bind the mixture)
- 1/4 cup turkey gravy (optional, but adds great flavor)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for added texture)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray (for baking, air frying, or pan frying)
How to Make Them:
1. Preheat Your Cooking Method
Set your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) or your oven to 375°F (190°C). This helps the outside get beautifully golden while keeping the center nice and moist.
2. Mix It All Together
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped turkey and stuffing.
If the stuffing feels a bit dry, add a splash of gravy to loosen it up.
Stir in the beaten egg to help everything hold together.
If the mixture feels too wet, add breadcrumbs gradually until it firms up a bit.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Feel free to mix in extra herbs like sage, thyme, or a dash of garlic powder for added depth.
3. Shape into Balls
