Preparation:
Start by sautéing the cleaned and chopped green beans with the carrots cut into rings in a little oil and salt. Scrape the liver into a pulp using a sharp knife and add it to the minced meat. Add an egg, salt, pepper, sprinkle with paprika, and add enough breadcrumbs to make a moldable mass. Form walnut-sized balls from this with wet hands.
When the vegetables are half-soft, sprinkle with a spoonful of flour, fry for 1-2 minutes, add red pepper, and pour in 2 liters of water.
When the soup boils again, add the dumplings and cook for 15-20 minutes. At the very end, add 1 egg and flour dumpling, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
