Ingredients:
• Cornstarch – 1 cup
• Sugar – 2 cups
• Rose water – 1 tablespoon
• Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• Water – 3 cups
• Powdered sugar – for dusting
Instructions: Dissolve sugar in water and boil until it reaches syrup stage.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to syrup, stirring constantly.
Cook until thick and smooth.
Add rose water and lemon juice.
Pour into a greased tray, cool, then cut into cubes.
Coat in powdered sugar before serving.
