Ingredients
4 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons honey
Salt, to taste

Directions
Cut the corn kernels off the cob using a sharp knife. Hold the cob vertically and carefully slice downward.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the corn kernels to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly golden.
Drizzle the honey over the corn and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
