Ingredients:
- 500g bread flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 300ml warm water
- 7g dried yeast or 15g fresh yeast
- 10g salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center.
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Pour the yeast mixture into the well in the flour.
- Add the olive oil.
- Gradually mix the flour into the wet ingredients until it forms a sticky dough.
- Knead the Dough:

- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
