How to Make Puff Pastry Apple Donuts
Step 1
Cut your apple into round slices and use a small cookie cutter or knife to remove the centre.

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Dip your apple slices into this sweet blend, coating both sides.
Step 3
Cut your puff pastry into long, thin strips. Take one apple ring at a time and wrap it with the pastry strips, slightly overlapping as you go.
Step 4
Place your wrapped rings on a parchment-lined baking tray. Brush with a little milk and sprinkle extra cinnamon sugar on top.
Step 5
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden, puffed, smelling divine, and then sprinkle with sugar..

You can add your favorite toppings and serve them warm.
