- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Crack the egg over the mixture and mix until well combined.
- Lay out a piece of parchment paper and press the dough onto the paper to a thickness of about 1/3 inch.
- Cut the dough into small squares.
- Transfer the parchment paper with the squares onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the crackers cool on the baking sheet before serving.
