Melt chocolate chips and butter. Let it cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, and salt. Add to chocolate mixture.
Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks; fold into chocolate mixture.
Spoon into cups and refrigerate.
For the Salted Caramel Sauce:
Heat sugar in a pan until melted and amber-colored.
Add butter, stirring until smooth.
Slowly pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly.
Stir in sea salt and let it cool.
Drizzle salted caramel over chocolate mousse before serving.
